I had a wedding venue in Lafayette, Louisiana for 20 years and closed my venue in 2017. I was ready to begin a new chapter in my life. I turned my venue website https://www.magnoliacourt.com into a Louisiana Wedding Venue and Wedding Vendors website. This would give couples the opportunity to find their perfect venue and vendors in Louisiana.

I love website work. I love Louisiana, my home state, and I know there are many jewels in the wedding industry across the state. Many beautiful wedding and event venues…many great wedding and event vendors such as: DJ’s, decorators, caterers, cake bakers, wedding planners, photographers, ministers, etc. in our great state.
There are many hidden gems that many of you may not know about, some that I have had an opportunity to get to know and many that I want to get to know. I want couples to have a website they can find all that they need, in one place, to plan their wedding
I look forward to this new venture and hope it will help venues and vendors, many who do not have the funds to advertise with large websites, to find more jobs and opportunities for growth in their business.
I have decided to only stay in the United States, starting now with Louisiana venues and vendors. I’ve done research and there are so many blogs for wedding venues, especially for destination weddings, out of the country….but I say why go out of the United States? America has so much to offer!
I also love to cook. I have many recipes from the south, from friends, relatives…and now with traveling the United States to tour venues…I look forward to finding new recipes to share with you.
