Rice Dressing

Note: This is my mom’s recipe. I loved her rice dressing, though I have never personally made it because I have never owned a food grinder.

1 lb. chicken liver
1 lb. chicken hearts
1 lb. chicken gizzards
½ stalk celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Oil
Rice, cooked

Clean gizzards by removing hard white grizzle. Ground livers, hearts, and gizzards. Mix together the first 6 ingredients and cook until brown.
Mix with cooked rice.
NOTE: 1 cup of cooked dressing mix, mixes with 1 cup cooked rice.
