Sour Cream Biscuits

4 Servings

NOTE:  Perfect for breakfast or on your pot pies instead of crust.

1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ cup butter
½ cup sour creak
1 egg

Mix the first 3 ingredients. Add butter and sour cream and mix. Add the egg and enough milk to make a thick mixture. Drop onto a baking sheet into 4 servings. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
