Steak Roll Ups
1 round or sirloin steak
green pepper, chopped
mushrooms, sliced or chunked
salt, red and black pepper, to taste
mozzarella cheese, grated
sliced deli ham
Pound the steak on both sides to tenderize and flatten. Season. Put one slice of ham followed by mozzarella cheese. Roll up and seal with kitchen string.
Roll in flour. Put a small amount of oil in a fry pan. On a little higher than medium heat, brown on all sides, turning often not to burn. Add onions, garlic, green pepper and mushrooms. Cover and let cook until desired.
