Magdalen Place

Magdalen Place Event Venue is located in the Heart of Abbeville, LA, just minutes away from anywhere in Acadiana. The building is the result of a massive restoration effort and was completed in 1994. Modern convenience meets rustic charm in this Acadiana landmark. Lafayette’s iconic feed store has been modernized and outfitted to become the perfect venue for your intimate Cajun wedding, birthday party, graduation party, corporate event, holiday party, or whatever you feel like celebrating with your closest friends! We are now licensed as an Events Hall, so that means all ages are welcome! 

Catering is offered through preferred caterers or you may bring in your favorite. And, if you’re up to the task, you may even self-cater. Please note we do not have a kitchen on-site, so all food must be brought in ready to go. All beverages must be purchased through us, but we have options for every budget. Cash bar service is available with a minimum purchase of the non-alcoholic package.  If you’re looking to tie the knot at Feed N Seed, we offer a complimentary Day of Coordination.  Packages also include tables, chairs, linens, and much more.

Le Barn Rouge

Le Barn Rouge is located on Rue Du Belier in Lafayette and is a unique, rustic venue.  With a capacity of 300, it can accommodate any type of event.  This is a perfect venue for a wedding, whether it is an outdoor wedding or indoor, Le Barn Rouge has it all.  There is also a Bride and Bridesmaid dressing room with 4 makeup mirror stations.  You may bring in your own food or caterer, (warming kitchen is included), beverages, decorator, DJ, cake baker, etc.  Tables and chairs are provided, you bring in your own linen.

Le Barn Rouge also has surround sound speakers throughout the entire venue, allowing a DJ just to plug in.  They also have cable with flat screens for client’s video pictures as well as lots of parking, air conditioned and heating throughout.

Le Barn Rouge allows you to set up the day before from 12 noon to 6pm as well as the day of your event starting at 8 am.  They give you 4.5 hours total for your wedding and reception, with additional hours if needed as well, for an additional fee of $250 per hour.  You also have the next day from 8am – 12 noon to take your decorations out, Le Barn Rouge will take out the trash and cleanup.   Host or security is included. 

DRESS REHEARSAL: This is done the day before event. This is included in the package price. (Option) REHEARSAL DINNER: This is usually held the day before the Wedding. If you choose this option, you will get an extra 2 hours added to your setup time (6 pm to 8 pm) for a cost of $200 dollars. Bridge Studio 3010, located in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, has a unique charm, rustic style, open space, and neutral background which allows you to create your own pallet, bring your own decor to show off your creative side, host your special event and make your everlasting memories. With a 60 guests’ capacity it is perfect for intimate weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveal, birthdays, graduations, rehearsal suppers, photoshoots, office for a day, classes, meetings, and almost any event you can think of! Includes tv with surround sound, large dressing/restroom, event chairs and tables are available!

You can book either 4, 6, or 8 hours.  All day bundles include 30 chairs and four tables, three large trash cans, TV with blue tooth for posting a greeting or playing memorable moments.  Lots of electrical outlets, 2 chafing dishes provided, 3 tier display server, choice of one out of four backdrop walls, supply your own homemade dishes or catering, supply your own decorations, self-check-in, then pick up, lock up when you’re done. Maison des Bon Temps Event Venue

Maison des Bon Temps Event Venue is in Lafayette, on 151 James Comeaux Road, near hotels, retail stores, and restaurants.  This venue is the ideal location for any special event with guests traveling from afar.  Maison des Bon Temps has an elegant look and a welcoming atmosphere.  We can accommodate events for up to 200 people.  This venue is perfect for weddings, wedding receptions, brunches, rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, funeral repass, engagement parties, fitness/dance classes, conferences, business meeting, training classes, chaperoned teenage parties, school class reunions, luncheons, graduation parties, gala, soiree, quinceanera, family gatherings.

Rectangle/Round tables, Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables and S-curve table that is included in rental fee.  We also have an attire dressing room/makeup room.

This venue allows outside catering and outside decorators.  We have a kitchen for outside caters to use, outsider caters are not all to cook inside the kitchen, caters are welcome to use kitchen, we have food warmers, microwave, refrigerator, and ice machine for caters to use.  Outside decorators are allowed to have access to venue the day before the event to decorate, decorator can take as much time as he or she may need to decorate.

We do not allow any outside alcohol beverages inside the venue.  We do have a cash bar and alcohol beverage packages available for open bar.
